independent theatre company dedicated to creating intimate and thought out production through minimalist storytelling and immersive performance
When the Wind Blows tracks Jim and Hilda Bloggs, a naive and trusting elderly couple living in rural England who try to survive a nuclear attack.
The satirical and tragic work serves as a harsh critique of the inadequacy of official government advice regarding the realities of nuclear war.
Based off the graphic novel by popular children's author Raymond Briggs.
