Self-care is not limited to any age group; however, its significance for senior citizens cannot be overstated. The process of aging brings about unique challenges and opportunities for self-care, allowing seniors to maintain their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Self-care among seniors plays a pivotal role in preventing and managing various health conditions that become more prevalent with age.
